- Hyperion, named for the father
- of Helios, is unusual due to
- its irregular shape. Small
- moons are expected to be oddly
- formed looking more like large
- rocks than anything else. However
- Hyperion is nearly 250 miles long
- and 150 miles wide seemingly much
- too large for its appearance.
- The larger moons would seem to
- naturally collapse into the
- traditional spherical shape
- due to their increased gravity.
